London zone 2 uncomplicated flat renovation with value added via an internal reconfiguration to the layout to add a second bathroom enabling a desirable en-suite primary bedroom .  The revised layout also increased functionality and useable space, and created valuable storage space. Completed in a classic-contemporary style to complement the architecture and target market, the project delivered a 64% gross uplift in value on exit.
