Property Conversion Specialists
Filomena spent many years as a senior manager and consultant, leading complex programmes across public and private sector contracts focused on delivering change and business growth.
Her expertise in navigating challenging stakeholder partnerships and environments set the foundation for her shift into full-time residential property development, driven by her long-standing passion. She then became a joint property investor with her partner David, and together they co-founded Lucania Projects to merge their ventures and move into the commercial market. The name Lucania honours Filomena’s Italian heritage.
David built a long and successful corporate career in financial services. After starting at a major banking institution, he established himself as an independent residential mortgage broker, specialising in solutions for high-net-worth clients.
Drawing on his strong professional network, he combined his growing interest in property with a move into the buy-to-let and property sourcing markets. He branched out as an investor, bringing Filomena on board as joint investors, prior to co founding Lucania Projects to consolidate their projects and pursue opportunities in the commercial market.
