Acquisition and full renovation of a 1930s suburban property in Northampton, delivered as a buy‑to‑flip scheme. The project focused on value creation through internal reconfiguration to improve circulation and increase functionality.
The revised layout introduced a new entrance hall, downstairs WC, walk‑in storage, a dedicated utility cupboard, and a larger family bathroom. The original kitchen and outhouse structures were combined to form a single kitchen/diner, with internal walls removed and the outhouse roof replaced in glass to bring light into the new layout.
