Project Overview

Acquisition and full renovation of a 1930s suburban property in Northampton. Value was created through a complete internal reconfiguration combined with a two‑storey side and rear extension and a loft conversion to increase versatility, improve circulation and optimise functionality.

The first floor and loft conversion works restructured the original two‑bed, single‑bath layout into a four‑bed, three-bath arrangement with two en-suite bedrooms designed for multi-function use: master suite, guest suite etc,.

Ground‑floor changes introduced a new entrance reception, downstairs WC,  and walk-in storage space, and increased the living area with an expanded lounge.

A spacious kitchen, dining and family area, and a dedicated laundry room were delivered through the extension.  Completed in a classic–contemporary style aligned with the architecture and target market, the project delivered a 70% gross uplift in value on exit.
